<正>维生素B1(Vitamin B1,VitB1)缺乏所致Wernicke脑病已被较多医生认识,但VitB1缺乏同时导致伴视力下降的Wernicke脑病、脚气病临床较少见。我科近期收治1例该病患者,报告如下。1临床资料患者,女,43岁,因"纳差半月,视力下降、双下肢乏力3 d"于2013年7月24日入院。入院前半
