肠道菌群代谢产物氧化三甲胺与缺血性脑卒中的研究进展Research Progress on Gut Microbiota-Derived Trimethylamine N-Oxide and Ischemic Stroke

摘要(Abstract):
缺血性脑卒中具有高发病率、高致残率的特点。最新研究表明肠道菌群代谢产物氧化三甲胺(trimethylamine-N-oxide,TMAO)可促进动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展,提高血小板的反应性,增加血栓形成的风险。本文对TMAO在缺血性脑卒中的研究进展进行综述。
