孕期运动减轻青春期雄性后代小鼠的焦虑和抑郁样行为及相关机制研究Research on the Effect of Exercise during Pregnancy on Alleviating Anxiety and Depressive-Like Behaviors in Adolescent Male Mice Offspring and the Underlying Mechanisms

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探究孕期运动对青春期雄性后代小鼠焦虑与抑郁样行为影响以及相关机制研究。方法:母鼠怀孕第2天开始受人为控制进行跑轮运动(1 h/d),一直到生产日结束。分娩后每周评估母鼠的母性行为。青春期雄性后代(产后4周)接受为期2周,每天3小时的慢性束缚应激后进行行为学测试,取海马组织检测神经炎症和神经凋亡水平。结果:来自孕期运动增加母鼠母性行为,同时减少青春期后代雄鼠慢性应激后焦虑与抑郁样行为,并抑制海马中的细胞凋亡和NLRP3相关的神经炎症激活。结论:母鼠在怀孕期间进行跑轮运动后,哺乳期间对后代的母性行为增加,减少了青春期雄性后代慢性应激后焦虑和抑郁样行为,其机制可能与抑制了海马神经元凋亡以及NLRP3炎症小体相关的神经炎症激活有关。
